Meeting called by presiding officer or legislative body/majority 24 hours in advance. Need to post notice with date, time, items, and location.Only matters in notice may be discussed at meeting.
Some Ideas I Got From It:
- Be as VISUAL as possible at events
- Have "Town Hall" opportunities
- Free Hug Event
- Pajama Party Event
- Create Programming Board shirts with "Volunteer" on the back
- Drop into Club Meetings
- Need attendance and minutes from Clubs
Public Access to Agenda:
Every item must have a brief description and be specific.
(Have to put which bylaw discussed and what it pertains)

- Operates under OPENNESS
- It is for meetings of a committee that have formal action, decision making, or advisory power
