How much oxygen will we need???

One person will need 4.17•10 (aka 4700000000000000) liters.

We will need approximately 4700000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 liters of O

How are we going to transport that much???

-We are going to use a biosphere so that the plants will make O for us and we make CO for the plants.

Difficulties of living on a different planet.

Possibly the main difficulty of living on a different planet would be if there was no large water source. Another difficulty would be finding a food source. A lack of oxygen would also be a really bad difficulty. One difficulty that we might also face is a change in climate or gravity.

Sustainable Biospheres

Why Is it so hard to land on another planets

1. Plenty of oxygen

2. Enough Co for plants

2

3. Enough water

Well, I was shocked when I saw

that terrific, letter! And I love school and my favorite subject is Math and Language Arts. I loved this camp, it was my first real camp that was awesome. The best thing to me at this camp was looking in the telescopes, I saw so many things, and they were awesome.

4. Enough food

Testing signs of life

Astronauts are required to exercise two and a half hours a day

1. Check for movement under microscope

2. Check for starch using iodine

I am ten years old and I'm from Greeley CO. I like to play kickball and CTF (Capture The Flag) I'm going in to sixth grade.

Where should we go

3.Check for protein using Ninhydrin

COOL!

4. Check for microscopic organisms

First of all we should go to a young G type star. Also we need a planet that is in the habitable zone.

This type of star is a g type star and the spectrum we took shows that it's able to have life forms.

1. Because

it is so far away

2.Hard to control because of delay of data from rover/lander to earth

Problems We Might Face In Space

Who is going

Are group didn't do entirely the best ever we got a little over the target, but we had a nice soft landing we might miss some. We didn't loose our passenger ( A Quarter) we did OK over all. To be contained will finish though!

3. Harsh conditions, extreme hot/cold

Our rockets averaged 46.5 meters at launch

Variables that affected the distance are mass, weight placement, fin number, length, and (sigh) WIND (which won't be a problem in space)

The passengers and cargo will land safely on the planet as long as it has the following: Shock Absorbers, Parachutes

Mass at the Bottom, and Area at the Bottom

Hi I am 13 years old and I live in Hayden CO. In our skit I was the farmer. Some things I like to do is go outside and play sports.

Things we need as humans to survive on an alien planet.

Ashton

On the space craft I was the pilot. While at science camp I enjoyed most of the outdoor trips that we did. I think that I helped the group most on the

Vedauwoo hike.

As humans we need certain things to survive, such as water and food. On our alien planet we would need to bring food sources in case of drastic measures we would need to bring food with us to populate on the new planet. Don't forget Oxygen!

Our Mission

Why we're leaving

Solutions

We are leaving planet Earth because there is a serious plague that came from an alien planet that sent a asteroid that carried the plague and landed on Earth

One way to solve the oxygen and water problem would be to terraform the planet. as for the food problem would be if we brought all the animals on earth with us in cages to the new planet. As for the climate we could plant trees to put more oxygen and water particuls in the air to make it moister.

Hello, I'm RJ! I'm 12 years old and a science fanatic! I'm otherwise known as Tie Dye Pi Guy, because I've memorized pi to 126 digits (and I have a tie dye pi shirt) I'm also a Monty Python maniac (as you can see by the pictures surrounding this circle) Oh, and one last thing...THEY MEAN TO WIN WIMBLEDON

Hi, my name is Lesane. I'm a Star wars maniac (as you can see around the circle) for my water filter I used a coffee filter, some sand, and some rocks. I'd like to tell you that ashtro camp was AWSOME! I hope next year's ashtro campers will have a lot of fun!Oh and 1 more thing...NI!
