Present, past and future passive: affirmative and negative

Past: The parties were recorded (by people)

Present: Hip hop rhythms are used by pop artists.

Future: Hip hop will be remembered (by people)

In the active voice, the subject is active: it does something.

In the passive voice, the subject is passive: something happens to it.

We form passives with a form of be + past participle.

Active: DJs imitated his style.

Passive: His style was imitated ( by DJs).

Present Simple

Affirmative: I win / She win

Negative: I don't win / She don't win

Interrogative: Do I win? / Do she win?

Another form to say ''simple''

Present continuous

Affirmative: I am watching TV / She's watching TV

Negative: I don't watch TV / She don't watch TV

Interrogative: Do I'm watching TV? / Do are she watching TV?
