My opinion was that the supreme court is right because it was the right we all have freedom of speech. This wasn't offensive to anyone in the neighborhood. How is this disturbing to anyone but little children.He never ruined peace by wearing that jacket.
The supreme court voted 5-4 per justice John Marshall Harlan the second overturned the appellate court's ruling. According to wikipedia Justice Harlan began by emphasizing that this case concerned speech and not conduct. Harlan also expressed the issue of the court that section 415 was vague. The court decision was in favor of Cohen.
