Rooms
Our office for check-in is open from Monday to Friday from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm at the 1st floor of Buena Vista co-housing.
in a big flat of 172 square meters with only 6 guests at maximum, 2 bathroom (with bathtub), big equipped kitchen and living room with balcony you can choose a single or double room!
In the photos you can taste the room and the standard of quality that we never stop improving.
The Buena Vista building is located near the metro and many bus stop at Lingotto area (G.Bruno road, no.191): if you look in Google maps you just find the old Olympic Park that we completely renewed IN 2012.
Stuff
About furniture we can offer basic kit for kitchen (dish, glass, etc...), but no for room as blankets, pillow and sheets (in our friendly market or in the close big mall you can find it and it's not expensive at all)!
In each room there is one bed with mattress, one wardrobe, one table with chair, lamp, night table and a coat hanger.
EACH ROOM HAS WI-FI FOR HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION INCLUDED!
SPECIAL PRICE
The price is 265 euro for double room and 415 euro for single one per month all included (electricity, gas, water, heating, shared spaces cleaning, Internet). There isn’t any additional cost ; we ask one month payment as guarantee that we give you back at the day of checkout (tell us 15 days before leaving). The minimum stay is 1 month.

If you want to reserve the room please write an e-mail to Guendy, the Buena Vista Social Manager, at: accomodations@resocialclub.it
and please send a scanner copy of your passport and use our bank account to pay the guarantee in order to keep the room for when you’ll arrive (cancellation fee are 15% of the amount).
If you agree with the rent terms we can send you the rent agreement with digital signature or in hard copy by priority mail in order to ask your visa.
