Now, American Halloween is different from any other Halloween!
Halloween has been celebrated for many, many years.
Although, it hasn't always been celebrated the same.
The Celtic people, called Druids, the Roman people, and the Christians and members of the Catholic Church celebrated what is now known as Halloween.
They all celebrated for different reasons, but they always celebrated it before winter!
Now it is one of the biggest holidays we celebrate in America today!
