Alex Johnson-Cole
I already have the skills to do my type of freelancing (music producing) I do my own music production instrumental making and lyrics writing .
I think freelancing will suit me because I
have my own studio and i can charge people for studio time .but I also think that if I get lazy then I wont make any money so it can be a good thing to freelance but also a bad thing at the same time.
Thank you!
•You don’t get sick pay
•Some clients will be late payers, so you’ll have to chase them for money.
•If you want to keep your skills up to date, you’ll have to pay for your own training from now on
Working from home or from a remote workplace as a freelancer allows you to dictate your own hours and work at times most convenient to you. Freelancers with young children, for instance, can work after the children are sleeping.
As a freelance worker, you can control your work load. While client demands can, at times, dictate your schedule, you can turn away work during busy times or accept more work during lean times.
A freelancer is basically someone who is there own boss and can work at will and whenever they want ,they don't really have to answer to anyone or go into an office because they can work at home and maybe if they have enough money they can employee there own staff or assistant,
Freelancers may work part-time or full-time. Because they are not considered employers, freelancers are allowed to work for other employers and are usually permitted to perform tasks in their own way, so long as the work gets done to the client's specifications
