A Little About Tanguy..
Raymond Georges Yves Tanguy was a french surrealist artist. He was born on January 5th, 1900 in Paris, France. He was the son of a retired navy captain. His father died when he was 8 and he moved with his mother. Most of his childhood was spent with other relatives. Before Tanguy was a painter he
worked as merchant navy and returned to Paris in 1922.
