as you have internet access, you
should be able to utilize it.

Most of the time free means free-
you may have to put up with some advertising
or there may be a "premium" or "pro" version that
gives you more for a price. Many
web 2.0 customers are businesses, but most educational
apps are sufficient for classroom.

what is safe? Everything on the web has it's risks.
