Then we cut out two holes on the first plastic plate one for the Christmas related word and one for the picture.
We have our students write the first word in the small window and draw the corresponding picture in the other opening.
we take two big plastic plates and join them with a paper fastener split pin right in the middle.

Then we rotate the first plate a bit and do the same procedure with the rest of the words.
you can attach a piece of pipe cleaner on the first plate so that they can hang it on their Christmas tree.
The students can decorate the plate with glitter colours, permanent markers and stickers.
