In order for us to have a great year, I expect that students come to school with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, ready to learn. Students are expected to allow their peers the same opportunity for a cooperative and enjoyable environment.
Your job, as the parents/guardian is to guide your students and encourage them to be willingly to LEARN and try new things.
One of the most important rules in our classroom is to make sure everyone is included and that everyone is voiced in one way or another.

Game Night:
On this night, we will be serving pizza and drinks as a reward for our students’ hard work. Please join us in a Parents vs. Students match. These will be held on multiple days throughout the year at the end of each month.
Culture Share:
Throughout the year, there will be opportunities for you as the parents/guardians to participate in our Culture Share days. These days will allow for you to paint our classroom with your culture including food, music, clothing, etc. I will update you all on dates as we cover them in our Social Studies unit.
Writing:
- Ability to write a full paragraph

Math: working with Base
Ten Blocks to prove subtraction
