I love beading with . Since my beading is very tight I find it helpful that it stretches a little. I also love the many different colours it comes in.

To prevent it from ripping I go through rounds with bicones or other beads with sharp edges several times.

For this piece I used 3 wingspans of thread.

Embelishment around Gumdrops

Starting from the gumdrop string the same beads again and bead the 2nd half of the first unit on the other side of the Gumdrop.

Exiting from a 3mm firepolished bead, add

> 4 15°

> 1 11°

> 4 15°

Go through the next 3mm firepolished bead.

Repeat until the round is finished on one side and carry on on the other side.

Embelish

your Bling

To cover the "holes" between the parts of embelishment aroud the gumdrops, fill them with 11° as shown on the picture:

Exit from an 8mm round bead.

Don't worry: at this stage your bling is very wobbly and the Rizos and Gumdrops stick out in all directions...

Exiting from an 11° of the last round, add 4 15°.

Go through

1 Rizo bead.

Bad 8 units

& close circle

Bead 9 units and close them to a circle with the 10th unit. Make sure all Gumdrops and Rizos point towards the outside :-)

Pick up 1 15° and go through the next Rizo.

Pick up 4 15°s and pass through the 11° of the next arch.

Going up again, pass through the last 15° just added and add 3 15°.

Repeat until the round on one side is finished and carry on on the other side.
