Since the target audience also includes teenagers, social media is the best way to distribute the product. The main characters could have accounts on Instagram and post "behind-the-scenes" pictures and twitter accounts could get the film trending.

My production skills developed throughout this project because I had never used iMovie before and I had to learn how to. Filming was harder that I thought it would be and I had to do many takes of the same scenes to get different angles and lighting.

Editing was an interesting process and iMovie turned out to be simple to use. When I was unsure how to do something I could easily look up a video online, which is how I found out how to use filters for my clips. I also created an image on Google Slides to include the production company.

The product engages with audiences by beginning in a captivating way. The mysteriousness of the shadow going down the hallway leading to the the background information and the ransom video will make the audience curious as to who Lacey Abrahams is and why was she kidnapped. They'll be intrigued to know if she lived or not since that will be not be given away.

My target audience is teenagers and adults so the film would be distributed through social media and played at theaters.

Critical Reflection

My product challenges the way films that contain a kidnapping are done. Instead of showing the victim getting taken, the film begins by showing the ransom video. It also represents that social issue of girls getting kidnapped for various reasons.

I integrated technologies in this project by working online and using software. Everything was posted on my online blog and the entire product was created on computer software, iMovie. All the filming was done on my iPhone and then uploaded to my computer so I could edit on the software. I also used many YouTube videos for ideas and iMovie tutorials.
