Bases, Earth, and Flyer
1. The Bases work in order to throw the flyer up into the air. Their work transforms into her kinetic energy. W=KE (Work is equal to Kinetic Energy)
2. The Flyer reaches the maximum
height and begins to fall back down. She has Potential Gravitational Energy because of her height.

3. The Flyer falls and is caught by the Bases who work to absorb her energy in a cradle. KE=W (Kinetic Energy is equal to the Work)
