Goal of development work: Impact Federal Institute's community about Student Centered Learning

After each meeting, the coordinators will meet using digital tools to give feedback to each other, and align the approach of the next one. We will make an effort to have at least one of the VET teachers present through videoconference to ensure a multiple and dialogical view of the

learning process.

Time to work! In our second meeting we will get together with the teachers doing some prior knowledge surveys and enterviews so we can listen to their expectations and plan better our activities to suit their needs.

In our first meeting we adress all the

school community to share our experiences during 3 months in Finland

We will talk about the finnish educational system, and

emphasize finnish society's

values like "Trust" and

"Less is More".

By the last meeting, our teachers will have the competecences to develop collaborative skills among the students, use digital tools in their classes and be able to make study plans based on

projects using a student centered approach.

We believe that VET

teachers are agents

of change.
