如何使用資料庫

資料庫可以提供的功能

• 資料庫是有整理及組織的文獻
• 可進行主題的搜尋，具篩選功能
• 可搜尋期刊（出版品）
• 文獻儲存、寄送(單筆，多筆)
• 文獻參考格式引用與匯出至書目管理軟體
• 文獻之自動通知（線上宅配）

• AND：就是檢索結果包含以and結合的檢索詞彙，主要用來縮小檢索的範圍。例如：「全球暖化 and 台灣」，可以同時搜尋到包括「全球暖化」及「台灣」兩個概念的資料喔。
• OR：則是檢索結果包含任一以or結合之檢索詞彙，主要用以擴大檢索範圍。
• NOT：是用來將檢索結果排除以 not 結合之檢索詞彙，用來剔除不相關的檢索主題。例如 cancer not smoking ，將只找到 cancer, 同時列出沒有smoking 的資料。

• 截字功能 Truncation (*)：

將 * 置於欲搜尋的關鍵字字尾處。如：econom* ，

可檢索到 economic, economics, economical,

economically 等字根有變化的字詞。

• 萬用字元 wildcard (?)：

將 ? 問號當成任何未知字母的預留位置，然後以適當的

文字配對進行搜尋。用法如：organi?ation，系統將

搜尋出organisation 或 organization.

• 多重萬用字元 multiple character wildcard (#)：

如：colo#r 將會得到 color 或 colour

• 引號 quotation marks ("") ：

將欲搜尋的關鍵字，使用引號包圍文字會將搜尋結果

限制為只包含您指定的確切文句及排列順序進行搜尋，

用法如： “solar energy ”，“global warming” .

電子書又稱為electronic book、digital book、e-book。所謂的電子書是須透過特殊的軟體 (reader)，以電子的型式，透過網路連結下載至一般常見的平台，例如：個人電腦 (PC) 、筆記型電腦( Notebook )，或是行動裝置 (iPad, Kindle, iPhone, Android Phone) 的載具上使用的書籍。

By using Prezi's simple interface, you can develop your ideas, how they relate, and how you can show them.

You could talk about the cat, the cows, or the whole barn. and use zoom to take pictures of each.

善用索引典

Do it with Prezi:

Click on Frame on the menu, and choose a type

You'll see a small mark while editing at the top, to indicate 'up'

Then drag your mouse to draw a Frame

Circular frames are great to show a strong focus.

And, they are easy to see when zoomed out.

Bracket frames are more subtle, and relate more to the final view.

Hold down shift while drawing to create a 4:3, projector aspect ratio Frame
