Socio-economic groups?
The two main socio-economic groups are ABC1 and BC1C2, this categorises income, education and influences lifestyle.
My audience?
My magazine represents ABC1 young females.
This is shown through presention, featured articles and language used throughout my magazine.
This socio-economic group is likely to be employed, therefore able to afford my magazine regularly, as well as being able to understand all articles that may be featured in my magazine.
Age?
Inclusion
My magazine represents the youth population.
My magazine features modern music that is listened to by the younger generations, although my magazine could represent a small portion of adults who are youthful in there ways, my main readership is aged between 16 and 21.
I addressed inclusion by featuring a young and attractive girl on the cover and in the main feature articles; therefore the cover clearly represents the 'aspirer' social group and my target audience.
To enhance this I chose a simplistic background and back lighting to make the model stand out and to create a modern feel. Finally, the use of red lipstick is representative of the youthful social group because red lips and pale skin is associated with youth and beauty and so is most like my audience.
By featuring my target social group predominately, I excluded certain social groups such as 'mods', 'rockers' and 'classics' who can not relate to my magazine.

Psychographics?
My magazine targets the typical teenage. It represents modern and attractive artists that intrigue the 'mainstreamers' and 'aspirers'
My magazine represents those who follow the safer option and targets the largest social group within young teenager and adults.
There are many different Psychographics which contribute to social groups.
For example, 'explorers' seek individualism and are normally the first to try new things; therefore they are likely to form the 'hispter' social group.
Due to my charts genre my magazine represents the 'mainstreamers' and 'aspirers' as they follow the trends and are attracted by materialistic things. These social groups are usually the largest and like to conform.
Furthermore the presentation of my magazine is modern and uncluttered and so represents the personality of 'aspirers' who are orientated by image.
