Develop prevention campaign to increase Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) awareness and change the culture of drinking on our campus.
Outcomes
Decrease alcohol related incidents by 20 percent to include but not limited to hospitalizations due to alcohol poisoning, vandalism, physical altercation, and injuries Spring 2010

Collect referral data each semester from the Counseling Center and Judicial Board

Increased the number of referrals for AOD services in the Counseling Center

Improve the timeliness and accuracy of operations to constituents.

We will reduce the amount of time students wait to receive assistance and resolve their issues/concerns within 15 minutes.Students with an outstanding balance due the University will be notified more timely and more frequently.
Assessment
1. Complaints from students/parents about poor customer service and not being open during lunch.2. Query student accounts in the Jenzabar database to see if payments are being made on schedule.3. Student statements are not mailed on a set schedule.
