What will you do differently when you make your A2 product n
When I make my A2 product I will make sure I have better time management because I feel like we had to rush some things and we left filming a bit late because other groups were already editing by the time we started filming. I would do this by creating a timetable of my free periods and assign tasks to do during each lesson so that I could keep up and get everything done in time. This will benefit my final product because it will mean that my work hasn't been rushed so I can do it to the best of my ability.
I will also make sure I plan each shot in detail including at which points the character looks in a certain direction and how long for. In 'Someone like you' the shots are really long so it was quite easy to plan the movement of the shots however when I make my own video the shots are probably going to be shorter so I need to be prepared to spend more time editing.
When I make my A2 product I will spend less time choosing a song because it took my group around 2 lessons just to choose a song which decreased the amount of time we had to film and edit. This is because we were trying to find a video that was easy to replicate with shots and props etc, however when making my product I ca decide the shots and props which will make choosing a song easier.
