We initially wanted to do a horror genre film.

We also had to look at settings and practical locations. With a horror we had ambitious and unrealistic locations such as abandoned buildings we would not have been able to get permission for.

We chose the social realism genre instead. As it is gives us the freedom to be creative as well as realistic. With achievable locations and characters.

We also looked into the Thriller Genre however it was no applicable to our idea.
