Atlantic Slave Trade/ African Slave Trade

The atlantic slave trade consists of three different trading , such as Manufactured goods, slaves and raw materials.

The African slave trade provided a large number of slaves to the Europeans.

During 1600s to the 19th century, European Settlers travelled to Africa by ships. Most of the countries in West Africa have been enslaved during the 1800s. 10 million people were enslaved between the year of 1650 to 1850.

What kind of jobs does Slaves do?

The slaves worked as plantation laborers or miners and most of these workers die in the Central America or North America.

Where are Slaves Shipped to?

Slaves are shipped to West Indies, Central America and South America.
