Discuss your choices for actors and why you have chosen them
Conclusion
We have discussed which actors will be playing each character and the reasons for eah of these.
Mikey - Daniel
We have chosen to select Daniel to play the main character, Mikey. Our reasons for choosing him is that he is a very good actor and will be effective in portraying the emotions of the character.
He also fits the requirements as he is a normal 16 year old boy, and is the correct physical size for the part.
Phillip - Shaun
Shaun has been chosen to play the character of Phillip.
Our reasons for choosing Shaun is also that he fits the requirements, as he is a regualr 16 year old boy, which is what we want Phillip to be presented as.
He is also physically smaller in build to Daniel, this shows that in the opening sequence the character of Mikey is more confident and slightly more powerful than the character of Phillip. This is how we wanted to present the characters.
Mysterious hooded man - Harry
We have chosen to use Harry to play the hooded man.
We have chosen to use Harry as he phsically the tallest person in our group, so when we film the character he will tower over everybody else to show his status and power over evetybody else. This combined with the dark cothing that he will wear will add to the mystery and make the character seem very dark and disturbing.
