Once everything has been attached, and saved, you are ready to send it to PTIB. Click the "submit by email" button" and send it off. Standard time is 6-8 weeks depending on how busy they are.

Why your application may not get approved...

1. you do not have learning outcomes based on the National Occupation Classification system required for career-related programs.

3. The program and course outlines you have attached do not follow the format provided by PTIB. Check out their sample outlines.

2. Your admission requirements are not sufficient (i.e. paying tuition cannot show whether students will successfully complete your program. Or you have no course book or materials to support your program.

When selecting other options, the information in the form will change

2. Attach all licenses, outlines, and required explanations to the adobe file

Go to:

Select Institution Application from the Forms for Institutions list

1. Fill in the required information, even if it seems repetitive. Go back through your program information sheet to avoid mistakes.

You will have to go to your downloads folder to open the file, if you see this message
