sadomasochism and sadistic personality disoder,non-sexual sadism.

A sociopath is a person having a antisocial personality disoder its a violation of rights or rights of others that begins during childhood and continues to adulthood.

an improper usage or treatment for bad treatment
child abuse may also be the cause of criminals doing murder
