This is the hotel in which I worked. It is situated in Perugia. It has 94 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool and a garden.

All the rooms have tv, minibar, air conditioning and wi-fi.

I answered the phone, I handled the check-in and I wrote some letters. The guests were mainly American tourists. There were also Italian and Japanese tourists.

It is located in Torgiano. It has 50 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a indoor and outdoor swimming pool, health center and gym.

All the rooms have TV, minibar with water, coca-cola and orange juice. I answered the phone, wrote letters, gave directions and did the check in and check out operations.The guests were mainly Italian families.

This is the hotel in which I worked for my stage.

Hotel Italia is located in the traffic-free, historical centre of Foligno in a recently-restored home of a local noble family and the guests can access the hotel by car.

The Hotel has every comfort: lift, rooms with bath or shower, suites with hydro-massage tubs and sauna, phone and fax facilities, mini-bar, satellite colour TV and air conditioning.

The restaurant offers a good selection of Umbrian specialities.

During my stage I answered the phone, I did the check-in and the check-out. I greeted customers, who where mainly Italian.

My daily routine at work :

• During the stage I answered the phone in Italian.
• I did the check-in, and I learnt to take reservations.
• Most guests were groups of English, German, and Italian tourists.
• Also there were groups of families and bussinessmen.

The Relais La Corte di Bettona lies in the heart of the old town centre.

It has 38 rooms, a restaurant, two bars, a swimming pool and a skin care centre.

Each room offers individual climate control system, satellite TV, mini bar, direct telephone and private safe; they are all wired with the Internet.

During the stage I answered the phone . My principal activity was the check in, and the supply of the room gadgets . I was also in charge of the accounting.

The Relais Nun is located in the heart of Assisi, in the highest part of the historical centre, next to my school.

It is an exclusive 5-star Relais that came about from the restoration of the ancient monastery of Saint Catherine, which was originally costructed in 1275.

The hotel has 18 suites which have a view of Assisi valley and the Rocca Maggiore. Inside the hotel there are: a wellness centre, the restaurant, the bar, the meeting room, a church and a beautiful and big garden.

During my stage I answered the phone, I handled the check-in and the check-out. I greeted customers,  mostly Italian and English.

On Saturday, March 17th we hosted Botero who made the opening of his exhibition which will be held in Assisi until August.
