my frustration with the language of suburbia leads to search for an alternative language

a language to write a new reality
a new space
a space that mediates the real city and the virtual world
it is invisible, but has very real implications
it flows side by side with the cars on the highways and streets of the city
unlike suburbia or the city
in cyberspace I bump shoulders with others
I am caught in a web of mess
it is a space of paradoxes and contradictions
it is a liminal space of contagion
a space that promotes a 'read-write' culture
here power is negotiated
here I can see people
what happens in cyberspaces...
... everything happens
here I come face to face with the rubbish cities hide
what happens in cyberspaces...
... happens in reality
here, I can poor a bucket of beer on the heads of real world powers
cyberspace has shaped a new type of literacy...
...in which people build a different culture of democracy in the world
places become human
remix culture has been democratized
human networks are mobilized
new levels of consciousness emerge
the web creates new mentalites
standards of collaboration emerge
people create physical links between spaces through virtual links
the city becomes organic
the online community has reactivated the very fine line of “public in between spaces” via the web
people sidestep real world institutions through the web
potential of self-governance
dialogue is opened up
communities are created collectively
Each one taking what the other had done and adding to it, mixing it, and changing it, and engaging in a creative act
people engage in conversations
people reactivate physical spaces into spaces of dialogue
altering social consciousness
changing the culture of consumption
sharing is the nature of creation
creating a society built on sharing
it doesn't happen in isolation
no one creates in a vacuum
