How does God rule over creation?
What about miracles?
God structures all according to rules, some of which we can see and understand.
God can and does act outside of the norms of what we've naturally experienced.
Sometimes we call something a miracle that's only miraculous.
God mostly gives miracles to verify his word and prophet.
"Divine Providence is that work of God by which He preserves all His creatures, is active in all that transpires in the world, and directs all things to their appointed end."
