What is Grief?

As we grow up, we learn to cope with loss.

Not everyone will experience

Even if it is tempting to bottle up your feelings and ‘move on’, it is not usually the healthiest thing to do.

5. Acceptance

In this stage you learn to accept and deal with the reality of your situation

Acceptance does not necessarily mean instant happiness.
