Committee Goals

- Break down of silos (DJJ, CBC, Courts, School, ect.)
- Early identification and notification

- Streamline court process/hearings
- Ensure prevention/earlier intervention

- Defined a "crossover"case
- "A crossover case is defined as a child involved in the delinquency system as well as the dependency system"
** this does not include cases that have been direct filed into the Adult system
- Developed Identification Points as youth cross both systems
- Created an Administrative Order (B3) and written procedures for information sharing- MOU (B4)
