We will find out about the Black Plague and the chance of survival of the Black Plague.

What math concepts will be covered?

We will find how many people survived the Black Plague. We will also figure the how many people were alive before the Black Plague.

The chance of survival of the Black Death

It matters what job you have If you have the rat catcher job most of the people will get the disease and die.

The percentage of the Black Plague

75 million people died from the Black Plague. It killed 50% of the population so if we multiply 75 by two we would get 150 million. So 150 million people lived before the Black Plague. Also we know that 75 million survived the Black Plague.
