Frick Hall was a popular study destination.
Frick Art underwent a major 4 million dollar renovation made possible with 1.5 million dollar grant from the Timken Foundation. This renovation created the Timken Science Library in Frick Hall.
Well before "The Underground" the library was one of the few places men and women could meet and study together.
In 1962 all students and faculty were pressed into service to carry the books from Frick hall to the new Andrews Library.

it housed the College of Wooster Art Museum, classes, studio space and offices.
The summer of 1998 Donna Jacobs, the science librarian, her assistant and several students moved all 30,000 books in the collection by hand and cart, without the assistance of professional movers. The books were brought from four locations.
It also housed the Wayne Center for the Arts Program at its very beginnings. Many Wooster residents remember coming to Frick for art and dance lessons
The incription was written by George Runion an employee of the artitechture firm that designed the building.
