Legend says that many years ago, a cyclist took part in a cycling competition in Kallithea.
During the race the cyclist lost control and fell into the cliff. Many say that in the area during the night you can see the pedals of the bike glow.
Others say that you can hear the bike’s chain or see the cyclist’s shadow.
Another version of the legend is that the cyclist didn’t fall into the cliff but was hit by a car during the race.
Some believe that the cyclist is the reason for all the car accidents that take place in the area, because he wants to make his existence felt.

Our school
Our school, the 2nd Experimental Primary School of Rhodes, Greece, is situated in the centre of the town of Rhodes, which is the capital of the Dodecanese islands, in the south eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea. It has 178 pupils, aged 6-12 and 15 teachers.
