Short Summary
Eragon, a 17 year old farm boy is out hunting and finds a strange stone. It turns out it is a dragon egg, and cracks open. He raises the girl dragon and when the evil Ra'zac creatures come and kill his uncle, he tries to avenge his death and goes to the varden(a secret group that opposes the empire) for help.
My Favorite Scene
My favorite part in the book is when Saphira(the dragon) is growing up. She is so sweet, and Eragon and Saphira get really close.
