Why are people not recycling rubbish in Auckland?

What can we do to stop climate change?

People throw rubbish in the rivers and can get sick from drinking water that is also used for bathing.

Also people drink the water from the rivers where they bath or wash their clothes.

People drink water from rivers where the rubbish are and some died fish or animals are in the river and they get sick.

People bath in the river and drink the water with the dirty and muddy.

Climate change is when the weather patterns and temperatures are changing fast.

Climate change is first caused by the growing power of the heat-trapping gases in the atmosphere.

We need some heat to survive but not too much.

We are creating more gases in atmosphere to trap more heat.

Climate change causes plants to dry, ice-caps to melt, raising sea levels and flooding.

What can we do to stop climate change?

Reduce heat and emmision by:

-Fewer car trips and through use of bicycles

-Save electricity

- Buy local goods instead of large supermarkets.

-Don't leave electronics on if you don't need it.

-Keep the fridge closed.

Why are people not recycling rubbish in Auckland?

People don't put rubbish in the bins and they destroy the plants by putting rubbish in the garden or on the ground.

People don't put rubbish in the bins because they don't know the rules of the Auckland City Council.

People throw rubbish on the ground, this destroys the environment and other animals.
