504 Plan
Parents do not have to pay for either plan.
Federal laws mandate both types of plan.
Child must attend elementary or secondary institution.
Goal is to ensure child's success in school.
School staff creates both plans.
Should get updated annually.
School staff, parent, or doctor can refer child at any time.
