Definition of cutlery
We are both BTEC Art and Design Level 3 students, 16 years and study at Alton College .
Our selected object is cutlery and we're going to further our experimentation by creating a garment of a top and skirt using plastic fashion.
The different dimensions on the dresses inspire us to pay particular focus on the design and how the plastic can be formed to mold.
Karolina Konieczna designs to realate to the current fashion trends however she becomes individual by creating a textural sophisicated piece using recyable plastic spoons and forks.
The metalic colour of cutlery is currently on trend for this winter so we could possibly be inspired to create a cold editoral collection with the use of metal or metled forks and knives,
WHAT IS A COLLECTION?!
A collection or line in the fashion industry
contstitutes a group of clothing lines put together to tell a story or the designer`s inspiration and new trends for the fashion brand dury particular season.
The metalic colour theme can also relate to the shiny texture of cutlery.

I found this skirt because I like the shape and flowing texture, I think i could try and recreate this effect with cutlery strung together.
LIZI'S GARMENT = A SKIRT
This is one of my ideas I've drawn up showing a small black skirt with metal knives bent around the waistline and spoons strung together down the skirt.
