Tourism is big there as well. Reasons as to why I would not live in Milwaukee Milwaukee has an estimated population of 599,164 according to 2013 census data. Reason 3: The Wisconsin Stabbing Reason 1. As kind and humble as Milwaukee seems because of it's small capital and country like areas, I would not like to live there due to the fact that Milwaukee is the fourth most dangerous place besides from Detroit. Milwaukee's major forms of transportation are: an airport, a train, a subway, cars and walking. Milwaukee, Wisconsin The film Wayne's World was filmed in Milwaukee The last reason as to why I would not like to live in Milwaukee is because of its climate and temperatures. Wisconsin in general is a very clod Windy place in the Fall and Winter. In the Spring and summer it is a nicer place live in. The highest temperature Milwaukee ever received was 105 degrees Fahrenheit. It's lowest temperature reached was in January which was -28 degrees Celsius. Milwaukee actually receives as much snow as we do here in a New York; an average of 34.80 inches. The month with the lowest temperatures is January, and the highest temperatures are in July.
