What do you think a staffing model is?
A staffing model means that while you are working directly at another company, your time-sheets, paychecks and job assignments are directly given to you by TeenForce.
Why is your supervisor?
Both TeenForce and your onside manager are your supervisors. This means that if you are going to be late, call in sick, miss work for any reason you will need to contact both TeenForce and your manager at your job assignment.

TeenForce is a self-sustaining non-profit organization that assists teens (ages 16-21) in gaining work experience. We provide work readiness training, skills development and job placement services. Our staffing agency model makes it convenient and cost-effective for employers to hire teens and generates revenue to support our activities. Teens in our program gain confidence and skills while improving adult/teen relationships
Currently over 62% of the nations teens between the ages of 16-21
are unemployed, TeenForce is actively working to decrease this percentage
and we will place you in what is called a work assignment. While you will be working at a different company, you represent TeenForce at that company

TEENFORCE MENTORING PROGRAM
Our volunteer Career Mentors are assigned to our candidates and tasked with helping that candidate set and achieve goals related to their job placement. Through ongoing communication, one to three hours per week for at least a year, mentors will engage with our candidates as their mentees to ensure that their mentee leverages their work experience into something positive. If you are interested in obtaining a career mentor please let us know as soon as possible and one will be provided to you.
At all levels of work experience, professionals look towards mentors and personal advisory boards to propell them forward in their work and ensure that they continue to grow in their talents. Starting with a Career Mentor is a great jump start into building you professional career.

Include any skills you forgot to mention in the interview
