Why is your supervisor?
Both TeenForce and your onside manager are your supervisors. This means that if you are going to be late, call in sick, miss work for any reason you will need to contact both TeenForce and your manager at your job assignment.

Our staffing agency model makes it convenient and cost-effective for employers to hire teens and generates revenue to support our activities. Teens in our program gain confidence and skills while improving adult/teen relationships

TEENFORCE MENTORING PROGRAM

Our volunteer Career Mentors are assigned to our candidates and tasked with helping that candidate set and achieve goals related to their job placement. Through ongoing communication, one to three hours per week for at least a year, mentors will engage with our candidates as their mentees to ensure that their mentee leverages their work experience into something positive. If you are interested in obtaining a career mentor please let us know as soon as possible and one will be provided to you.

At all levels of work experience, professionals look towards mentors and personal advisory boards to propell them forward in their work and ensure that they continue to grow in their talents. Starting with a Career Mentor is a great jump start into building you professional career.

Objective are no longer the way to got! A "personal brand" is a short description of your passions, key personal attributes, and skill strengths targeted to resonate with your ideal employer
Experience
List any paid and volunteer job experience, starting with your job title, continuing with the business name, address, and type of business. List your work duties for each job in complete sentences

Education
Name the school you are currently attending. Give a planned year of graduation. Identify any courses you are taking that may be related to the position. If you have graduated from High School, list your High School and the date that you graduated.
Skills, Abilities and Interest
This section should showcase the skills you have that are related to the position you are applying for.
