On May 5 2005 a songwriter said Britney spears plagiarized his song.
He denounced the singer and Sony/BMG Music publishing.
She plagiarized his song "Sometimes" which appeared in her album "baby one more time".
Steve Wallace has proof that it is his work although the case is not over yet.
