1. Use a planner that works for you.
2. Fill in by terms, months,
year. Daily review day, week, and month
3. Put it all together. Family, school, work
4. Schedule Flextime

Get to love lists
Brainstorm everything you have to do for the week or day
Pioritize your list
A. top priority - must get done
B. important, but not a must
C. would be nice to get done
--- not important (scratch it off)
Group items that can be done together.
Floating items are ones that can be done anywhere, like reading
Be ready to shift and reletter priorities
