Top Management to initiate the change by announcing to all staff members the importance of change for the foundation’s future and applying ADKAR Model

Department Managers and Staff members will apply the change by their own techniques which will be revised on weekly basis by their managers and on monthly basis by the Top Management to assure that all staff adhere with the foundation change.

Align all staff with the change through using visual Ads like Flyers, screen savers and motivate them by organizing a monthly recognition for those who abide or make a recognizable change
