New England colonies
natural resources
The New England resources were fish, whales, tree, rum, iron, and fur.
There no farming because the area of the New England colonies was rocky, short growing seasons, and the soil was no go farming either.

In the middle colonies the natural resources were: hemp, lumber, corn, beaver fur, wheat, iron, and staves.
Natural resources in the 13 colonies
In this colony farming was still not good so this colony was mainly hunting. It was good at hunting because it was along the frontier
This colony had corn, indigo, rice, tobacco, lumber, hemp, wheat, and fur.
The southern colonies did the most farming out of the 3 regions so it grew a lot of there resources. It
was the best for farming because it had very rich soil and the weather was always hot unlike the other colonies which were cold
