The specific LinkedIn group referenced for this search is the Process Control Network which currently has 268 members nationwide.
COMPENSATION
PACKAGE
Base Salary
$55,000 - $75,000

Incentive
Bonus: $15,000 - $25,000

Realistic First Year Earnings
$70,000 - $100,000

Company Car/Car Allowance
Car Allowance: $250/Month and credit card for gas

TO ATTRACT
Previous experience selling mechanically engineered products such as instrumentation, valves, actuators, pumps, motors, or drives
Experience in an outside sales role is preferred but will consider technical inside sales or application engineering with a desire and the right personality for outside sales position
Strong mechanical aptitude
Solution sales & problem solving mentality
Aggressive hunter mentality with a strong desire to grow sales
Familiar with the industrial process markets in Alabama including petrochemical, power generation, water/wastewater

$7,000 due upon the individual starting
