develop technologies.
That’s why we are supposed to know more and more about Telecommunication and its
devices. guided media Unguided media Many transmission media are used as communication channels thus the term, Communication transmission media.
There are
two categories of transmission media: UNGUIDED MEDIA The three basic types of guided media include :
radio frequency propagation, satellite, microwave. The dictionary meaning

The history of Telecommunication

*SATELLITE : A satellite is a natural or artificial object that orbits another body. In a context of communication, a satellite is a specialized wireless transmitter / receiver which is launched by a rocket and placed in orbit around the earth. The three basic types of guided media include; Twisted pair, Coaxial cable, Optical fiber Telecommunication means a communication over a distance by cable, telegraph, telephone, or broadcasting. Tele means distance and communication means exchanging information. It has a French origin. The dictionary meaning The Scientific meaning Telecommunication uses physical equipments as well as electronic ones. The physical equipment for a telecommunications system includes a transmitter, one or more receivers, and a channel or means of communication such as the air, water, wire, cable, communications satellite, or some combination of these. However, the electronic equipments are the Radio, Telegraph, Telephone, and Television. They are often twisted together, bundled intocables and insulated. The nearby pairs have differenttwist length inorder to reduce crosstalk *TWISTED PAIR *COAXIAL CABLES
These basically have a braided shield as an outer conductor and the inner conductor is a solid metal. The two conductors are separated by an insulating material and are covered by padding. *OPTICAL FIBER Fiber-optics use light pulses to transmit information down fiber lines instead of using electronic pulses to transmit information down copper lines *RADIO FREQUENCY PROPAGATION : It is the behavior of radio waves when they are transmitted, or propagated from one point on Earth to another, or in different parts of the climate. *MICROWAVE : Microwaves are radio waves with wavelengths ranging from as long as one meter to as short as one millimeter, or equivalently, with frequencies. Television introduction
We are living in twenty first century, the century of new technologies and hi-tech.
Thus, nowadays we cannot do anything without help of these technologies and we cannot so often think what will happen, if all these devices will disappear as if they didn’t exist at all.

That’s why we decided to learn more about Telecommunication as one of the basic reason of technologies development by defining Telecommunication, presenting its history, showing its concept and mentioning
Its new technologies and it’s impacts. The new technologies No one can deny that the role of communication gadget is very important in this modern era. This fact makes the rapid development of telecommunication devices all over the world.
* THE CELL PHONE
The cell phone formerly only for calling, sending and receiving the SMS, nowadays it has many functions like camera, FM radio, mp3 and can access internet as long as supported by the sim card operator and they become more handy and slimmer.
We can mention also the smart phones as iPhones which are an advanced technology in cell phones. The iPhone is a smartphone developed by Apple. The first iPhone was released in June, 2007 and an updated version has been released roughly every year since then.

The role of internet cannot be denied now. In the past, it was only used in the office. Now many people can install it at home, as long as one's has a set of computer equipment he can access it, formerly the system used the telephone network and the price was still expensive and monopolized by one provider *INTERNET The impact of new technologies on our life Nowadays, thanks to Telecommunication technologies people have the great chance to communicate to each other. One of these technologies is social media as Face book, Twitter and so on….

We can mention also the impact of technology on economy and business. Related to experts the rate of economy budget is strongly increased thanks to technology.
