LSD LSD stands for lysergic acid diethylamide. LSD is odourless, colourless and tasteless. It can be painted onto small squares of paper that people lick or swallow. LSD's nick names are acid,sugar cubes, white lightning, dose , tripping or blotter. When you use LSD, your senses of space, distance, and time changes. People say they hear colours or see sounds, but effects can vary from nice to bad. LSD is a hallucinogenic
drug which means it makes you see things. LSD can cause "Bad trips"- users experience panic, comfusion, sadness and scary images. LSD is a chemical that alters a user's mood,thoughts and perceptions. LSD was first synthesized from a fungus that grows on rye (which is a kind of grain) and other grains. LSD is grouped into a class of drugs called hallucinogens or psychedelics.
