A company has 3 basic questions :

Long term planning is to forecast the future and plan in financial and strategical ways, which shall benefit the business.
It pertains of two important factors ;
Strategic planning (allocating the resources and targeting the market and purpose of the business)
Dedication (to strive hard to reach a certain target or market share)

This case teaches an important lesson and that is long term planning is vital to any company in a service based industry.
CONCLUSION
Rotana is a leading hospitality chain providing its stakeholders with the 'Best of both worlds' in terms of service influenced by culture with no compromise in meeting with international standards.
