Transcript of EXAM

Get enough sleep the night before the exam if you want to perform at your best. Sleep a few extra hours instead of studying a few extra hours.
FOOD and water
Have a balanced breakfast. Don't eat too much or skip a meal because your brain will not function well.
Your brain performs more efficiently when well-hydrated, so drink enough water, but not too much.
Positive Visualization
Imagine a positive result. See yourself doing well, remaining calm and in control.
This will help you avoid unnecessary stress before your exam.
Arrive early
Avoid nervous students
While waiting for the exam to begin, avoid speaking to any nervous students and absorbing their negative energy. Stay confident and focused on doing well on the exam.
Keep extra pen and pencil. Knowing you have everything you need will make you feel calmer and well-prepared.
Bring necessary materials
Review and revise
If you have some time before the exam, use it to review material but don’t try to learn something new.
Use every minute of the exam and if you have time left, review your answers before handing back the paper. This might help you to score additional points. On exam, every point counts.
Stay for the entire exam:
Read directions
Make sure you focus on reading the directions carefully. This is the most common avoidable mistake made by students. Don’t let it happen to you.
Read what you are being asked to do on each question. Don’t presume you’re familiar with everything.
Read each question
Don’t look around at how other students are doing. It may appear that you’re trying to cheat and it will just distract you from your main task which is to do as well as possible on your exam.
Focus on yourself:
