(as barley), flavored with hops, and brewed by slow fermentation.
ABV:
Alcohol by volume
IBU:

International Bitterness Unit -
parts per million of isomerized hop resins in beer, related to the amount of alpha acid of the hops.
Plato:
A description of the ratio of fermentable malts to water.
Lovibond:
a color indicator-the higher the number, the darker the product. Interchangable with the new
SRM (Standard Reference Method)

(Adjunct grains) vs. Malted (Germinated, then dried)
Organic Beer?
The MASH:
Malted grains soak and infuse in 152 F water for 2 hours
The WORT:
The liquid is separated from the grains leaving the"sweet wort"
The BREW:
The wort is heated for about 90 minutes
During this process Hops are added
How It's Made
FERMENTATION:
Yeast is added once beer is below 80 degrees F and fermentation usually is done in about 7-10 days
MATURATION:
Beer is then aged for 1-3 weeks
