$80,000-$100,000

Bonus/Commission
Typical is 15%-20% bonus in addition to base salary.

Companies typically provide a company car or a car allowance to cover travel expenses

Ability to call on existing distribution and look for new sales channels
Ability to prospect for and develop new accounts
Ability to travel overnight 50%-60%
Strong autonomous mentality with the ability to be self directed

CONTINGENT SEARCH
No money up front to begin the search

Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
