Meal 2: Sourabh's Mexican Burrito/Chicken, Kale & Pasta Soup
This meal has an adequate amount of each nutrient. It has a lot of calories, however we are only thinking that they will eat only about two meals per day.

Meal 3: Basaam's Grilled Chicken Sandwich/Broccoli Cheddar Soup
The meal had about three-fourths of total calories, a lot of protein, and around and above 100% of vitamins, and had a lot of sodium to keep body fluids healthy.

Meal 4: Kevin's Stir-fried noodles/Garden Salad
This meal has a very good amount of Vitamin A, which benefits vision, and plenty of Vitamin C, to help the immune system. It has a lot of sodium to keep body fluids and pH in order, but the meal is a little bit expensive.
